Tune in to listen to Dr. Trot’s inspiring story and learn practical tips on setting boundaries and filling your cup first.

About Dr. Alana Jasper-Trotter:

Dr. Alana Jasper-Trotter is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic surgery and is a self-proclaimed "stubborn dreamer". She was born in Hawaii and grew up in Wisconsin and is pretty sure that she's experienced enough snow for at least two lifetimes. She's a third generation doctor who initially wasn't interested in following her medical pedigree. Basketball had her full attention and she spent countless hours on the basketball court where her many nicknames like "A Trot" originated. She played division one college basketball for her home state as a Wisconsin Badger and eventually found her own way back to medicine. Passionate about sharing the many journeys to medicine, she created the DOCTORGOALS brand and is the host of The DOCTORGOALS Podcast.

You can find her on Instagram @iamdrtrot or on The DOCTORGOALS Podcast.
