Episode 70: Quarter 1 Recap: How Knowing Better Doesn’t Always Mean Doing Better

Q1 has been one for the books. Lots of learning experiences and overall growth moments. I’m spilling all the tea on how I failed to follow my own framework that I teach to my coaching clients. I share what I didn’t do, what I compromised on, and how those choices have led to less than desirable working conditions.

I’ve had three MAJOR takeaways from Q1. First, the importance of building self-trust through personal metrics. Second, why you should constantly be evaluating your work environments. Third, understanding that being a confident negotiator equates to being courageous enough to ask for what you want.

Tune in to hear all the work drama (it’s good, y’all) but also to learn what these three takeaways can mean for you as a negotiator.
