Episode 64: The Decision Dilemma: Overcoming Analysis Paralysis

As a doctor, we are trained to make decisions, including small ones, with great deliberation and collaboration. But when we extend this slow decision-making process to everything in our lives, it can make us feel stuck.

This week I am sharing a new decision-making method that I came across that moves you quickly from decision-making into action. I’ve been using it to answer so many questions I’d been deliberating over.  We can’t escape making decisions. Even not making one, is still in fact a decision in itself.

What we can do is utilize this Type 1 and Type 2 method and learn how to effectively categorize the choices in front of us. This may be the very cure to decision fatigue.

Tune in to learn what Type 1 and Type 2 decisions are and see if this method could also be life-changing for you.
