Episode 68: The Power of Getting Somebody to Do It

I spent some time reflecting on the last three months – really diving into the process of what made me successful, what worked, what didn't, what I enjoyed and disliked. All the things. What I realized is that it all comes down to delegation.

I am my best when I am not bogged down with a to-do list. Sure, there will always be things that I have to do and only I can do them, but that is not the majority. In fact, most of the tasks that fill up my to-do list are something I can delegate. I am willing to bet that this is the case for you too.

My biggest takeaway from delegating the last few months: I am actually able to focus on tasks that will move the needle for both my business and just my overall happiness. Join me as I share the hurdles I had to overcome to delegate and then my learning process with how to delegate and release control to my team.
